Refunds are not given on ebooks or signed paperbacks. If you purchase the wrong ebook in error and have NOT downloaded it yet, we will happily exchange it for another ebook of the same value. We are unable to provide exchanges once a book has been downloaded.
Refunds are not given for change of mind purchases on ebooks, paperbacks, or other physical products.
We use Bookfunnel to deliver the ebooks. If you have trouble and cannot load the book via Bookfunnel, there are instructions included in your purchase with details for them to help you.

Coffee mugs, fanny packs, and wine tumblers are fulfilled by Printful. If you find anything wrong with your shipment, please contact us at email@example.com before returning to Printful's facility.
We follow returns based on Printful's return policy:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. (Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org)
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. (Contact us at email@example.com)
When placing your order, please make sure you type in the correct address. If the wrong address is entered, the shipment will be returned to Printful's facility. You, as the customer, will be liable for reshipment costs once the updated address is confirmed.
If we enter the incorrect address when shipping, we will be responsible for any cost to reship the item.
